Ottawa - Wellington GastroPub was one of the restaurants recommended by the owners of Union Local 613. This place is known for changing everyday their menu using the freshest local ingredients available, wide selection of artisan beers, and specialty sodas. 

I have to say that each dish was prepared with great care and presented beautifully. We definitely enjoy all the dishes we ordered. What makes this dining experience amazing is these dishes all have one thing in common: the perfect marriage of ingredients, flavours (sweet, sour, salty, bitter) and texture (soft and crunchy). Not knowing what will be in the menu, one guarantee is the welcoming atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and delicious food.
