Not a single dish was a disappointment. If you know Chuck Hughes or watched his match against Bobby Flay on Iron Chef, the jerk crab, lobster poutine, and scallops with carrot butter sauce are a must order. Despite how full we were, we had to go for the desserts. The chocolate brownie was dense and very chocolatey, an absolute favourite for any brownie lovers. My absolute favourite was the fruit gratin - so fruity and so creamy, we couldn't stop eating it.
