Burger de Ville is known for its fresh, never frozen Canadian beef patties. Staying true to this concept, the texture of the beef patties are noticeably juicier and tender than the ones found in fast-food joints. It offers a variety of gourmet burgers and a wide selection of free toppings.
We opt for their two gourmet burgers. The Mediterranean consists of a thick slice of goat cheese on top of the beef patties, stack of grilled vegetables with a squeeze of peppery mayo. It has a creamy, tangy and peppery taste with the smokey grilled vegetables to cut down the richness and greasiness of the burger. As for the St. Paulin burger, it comes with sauteed mushrooms and a melted mild cheese. The harissa-spiked mayo gives a nice heat and acidic taste to the burger.
Fries were golden crisp flavored with dry herbs and cajun spices, but the level of spiciness is quite low which might disappoint some spicy enthusiasts.
Not only it serves good quality burger, it also serves ribs, steak and chicken which we are planning to order on our next visit. Bon appétit!
