Maison Christian Faure is a French pastry shop and school located in the Old-Montreal. You can find a beautiful array of French classic desserts that one can think of. The craft of these pastries are just impeccable - uniformly sized macaroons, glistening pastries, exceptional mastery of tempered chocolate, beautifully layered desserts, perfect balance of flavors.
